I guide people to connect to who they really are through Yoga & Coaching so that they don’t feel lost and lonely any more, but are empowered to live the life of their dreams.

In my coaching programme, I help you reconnect with yourself and be present in the moment, so you can enjoy your life and become the best version of yourself. 

My story

For a long time in my life, I thought I was happy until I realized I wasn't.

I had ‘everything’: a husband, a flat, a cat, a car, a good job, friends and family around me. All things on the outside seemed to be perfect, but inside I was just sad. Four years ago, I was getting unhappier every day, waking up every morning with anxiety and crying myself to sleep at night. At this time, I felt so unloved but mostly disconnected from myself. So I tried to change things outside, changed my job, moved from Munich to London and left my husband.

Making all these changes didn't make my life better, but worse.

Alone in London without my friends and family, I fell into a severe depression with sleep deprivation, and I lost the will to live. I didn’t want to get up in the mornings because I had no purpose in life. I was sad all the time; things I loved or made me laugh at didn’t positively impact my mood. No matter where I went, what I did, or with whom I was, the only feeling was sadness. I felt hostage in my own body. Once a day, minimum, I started crying like a waterfall, no matter if I was alone, at home or in public.

All I knew was I wanted to get out of it somehow.

So I tried therapy, which sometimes made it better for a couple of minutes after the session. Still, my general state was the same, even after ten sessions when my therapist suggested taking antidepressants. But something inside me knew that I had the strength to fight this on my own. Then I started to research what makes people happy!

It took me a long time to find things that worked for me.

Trying them and implementing them into my life. My most significant learning is that changing things on the outside doesn’t make you happy. But when you change your inside world, you can find long-term happiness.

I am on a mission to make this world a happier place.

I became a Yoga Teacher and Life Coach to make a more significant impact. I want to help others to discover more happiness as well. No matter if you are suffering from depression, just got out of a long relationship or just seeking more in life. On this website, I gather everything I found and explored over the past years to live a happy and fulfilled life. Happiness is a journey, and it starts with a decision. I want to help you to start your happiness journey.
