In this workshop, we will reflect on the year and journal about your achievements, learnings and what you want to let go of this year.
Followed by a guided meditation where I will help you to let go so you can enter the new year fresh with no baggage.
The workshop will help you reflect on your goals and aspirations for the coming year and develop a plan to achieve them.
It will include goal-setting exercises, visualisation techniques, and tools to overcome obstacles and stay motivated.
