This is not just a winter retreat. It’s your reset.

Nestled in the silent forests of Northern Sweden, far from city lights and distraction, this is a place for true stillness.
Snow-covered trees, frozen lakes, and endless starry skies set the stage for reflection and renewal. By day, we practice and explore.

The end of November and early December is peak aurora season in
Swedish Lapland, with long dark nights and zero light pollution offering
excellent chances. That said, the Northern Lights are a natural
phenomenon and can never be guaranteed. What I can promise is a
powerful Arctic reset — daily Bikram, snow-covered landscapes, sauna
rituals, deep connection, and the magic of Nordic winter. The lights
are a bonus. The transformation is not. But we all have it on our bucket
list, so we will manifest them.
The closest airport is Luleå (LLA) in northern Sweden. From there, the
lodge is approximately 1 hour by car. Transfer options and detailed
travel guidance will be shared after booking, and I’m happy to assist
with flight planning
This retreat requires a minimum number of 8 participants to run. If the
minimum is not reached, you will receive a full refund of your retreat
payment or the option to transfer to a future retreat. But so far, I hosted
25 retreats and never cancelled one, so we manifest this is happening.
Late November to early December in Swedish Lapland is true Arctic
winter. Daytime: approximately -1°C to -5°C. Nighttime: approximately
-5°C to -10°C. Snow-covered landscapes and short daylight hours.
Perfect conditions for aurora hunting — and for experiencing the
contrast between Arctic cold and Bikram heat.
Yes. This retreat is open to both beginners and experienced
practitioners. Each class is guided with clear instruction, and you are
always encouraged to listen to your body. The Arctic setting may be
wild — but the yoga space is safe, supportive, and accessible.
