THE FACILITATOR

Nadine  is a world-traveling Bikram yoga teacher and life coach who has been helping others on their journey of self-discovery and transformation.
With over 17 years of experience in Yoga, she has travelled to over 50 countries and lived in 7 of them. With her cooperate background in international management and experience with burnout and depression, Nadine has found her true calling in guiding others through yoga, meditation and coaching. She empowers you to find the clarity you need to transform your life, too

THE FACILITATOR

Nicole has recently completed her training as a Bikram yoga instructor, bringing with her years of experience from inside Canada’s high-performance sport system, where she supported elite athletes on their journey to the Olympic podium. Her career spanned over a decade of hands-on leadership roles with some of the country’s top teams, serving as lead nutritionist for the Canadian National Beach Volleyball Team and the Canadian National Track Cycling Team.

Through this work, Nicole developed a deep understanding of what true performance requires—not only physical excellence, but also consistency, care, and compassion. She now carries that same intentionality into the hot room, creating spaces that balance challenge with kindness and effort with support. Nicole is passionate about fostering environments rooted in authenticity, where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to connect—building meaningful relationships and memories that last long after the retreat ends.
