#10 How you can identify and change triggers – Interview with Kathi Rocha

Today I am sharing an interview with my roommate from my Yoga Teacher Training in Mexico. Kathi is a Yoga teacher, pet nanny, and happiness enthusiast. Growing up with a philosophy of gratitude being the attitude, it wasn’t until she was an adult that she allowed herself to become truly happy! Happiness is the key to the journey of self-love, and it is a choice that she makes every day. She enjoys helping others heal through yoga, fitness, and caring for animals. Living in San Antonio, Texas as a Yoga teacher & assistant manager for The Union, where the importance of self-care is one of their mottos! Kathi and I speak about the journey of self-love, she also shares what she is doing first thing in the morning before she puts her foot on the floor.
