Today on the podcast, I spoke to Lisa. She was born and raised in Germany. In 2015 she and her husband decided to leave their “normal” life behind and started travelling with two dogs by hiking from Germany to Sweden.
After five years of travelling and living in a van, they settled down in South Portugal and are now living off-grid and mainly self-sustaining. Lisa is a certified yoga teacher, reiki practitioner and spiritual life coach. Lisa speaks about her outer and inner journey, the challenges and how she has overcome them.
