On today’s episode, I talk to Brittany. We speak about how her panic attacks led her on a journey of self-discovery. While travelling the world for over eight years, she becomes first a Yoga and later a Wim Hoff instructor.
Now Brittany lives full-time in her self-converted van with her puppy Polly (which you will see or hear during the interview) and travels around the US hosting Wim Hof workshops and spending as much time barefoot and communing with nature. Additionally, she works for Microdosing Institute, a Dutch Microdosing education and research platform.
With over a decade of experience in the health and wellness space, Brittany has held space for positive transformation for hundreds of humans in various settings. As a trauma-informed coach, her priority is holding a safe, compassionate space infused with playfulness where her students can safely explore the magic within their inner landscapes.
