Katie is a mom of two toddlers and the mind behind strawberryblondemind, where it’s all about mindset, intuition and manifesting. she offers mentoring to help her clients remember who they truly are and find their purpose, ease and abundance.
Her own journey began back in 2014 when she realized she needed to make a change in her life. She felt disconnected from herself, lost and stuck. Because she always longed for spirituality and a deeper meaning in her life, she decided to travel to South America and participate in her first Ayahuasca retreat. During this retreat, she also started Ashtanga Yoga and never stopped again☺️ By learning about mindset and starting to teach it herself, she found her missing piece of the puzzle and now passes on what she has been learning and continues to learn on her own journey.
