Today on the podcast, I speak to Meesh, the Founder of One Way Nomad. Meesh is building a community of remote workers who choose to live a location-independent lifestyle.
She has been nomading across the globe for eight years and has picked up many stories along the way. She joined the conscious community in 2015 when she began to explore breathwork, yoga, and meditation in Auckland, New Zealand.
She attended four ayahuasca ceremonies with the Shipibo tribe in Nauta, Peru, in 2019. And has more recently been called to mushrooms by means of a cultivation course in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala, in 2022.
Through this wild journey, she has been working with her newly-found psychic gifts and offering private medium readings – connecting the spiritual world to the physical world.
Meesh and I speak about her journey and how she travelled to 30 countries before she turned 30. But also speak about mental health and how psychedelics can help with depression.
