MY YOGA JOURNEY

I discovered my love for Bikram Yoga in Hamburg in 2007 and have since dedicated my life to sharing the transformative power of yoga with others. In 2017, after feeling a deep calling to help others, I took a three-month sabbatical to attend the Teaching Training in Acapulco, Mexico. This experience changed my life and showed me that yoga is not just about personal growth but also about helping others.

Inspired by this newfound purpose, I left my corporate job in 2019 to become a full-time yoga teacher. Over the past three years, I have travelled to over 30 countries, teaching in more than 25 different studios and sharing my passion and compassion with students from all over the world.

In 2021 and 2022, I lived and taught in Nairobi, Kenya, the only Bikram Yoga studio in Africa, where I was fortunate to meet and work with some truly inspiring individuals. My role as a Travel Yoga Teacher has been a life-changing experience, and I am eager to continue spreading the benefits of yoga through workshops and retreats worldwide.
